CORE VALUES
Our core values are the measurables for us
to see how we're doing in accomplishing the vision.
THE GOSPEL
When the gospel is shared it brings renewal to our lives, our families, our neighborhoods, the nations, and every circle of influence God entrusts to us.
WORSHIP
As you humbly submit to God in worship, the more he changes your heart. We value worshipping God both corporately and in our day to day lives.
BIBLICAL PREACHING AND TEACHING
We lovingly and unapologetically preach and teach God's Word…centered on the Gospel. And we urge believers to respond to God with surrender, trust, and obedience.
DISCIPLESHIP
This is the process of teaching a Christian to grow in Christ, so that they can teach others to grow in Christ. As a church, we disciple one another through studying, teaching, preaching and living all of God's Word as individuals, as families, through discipleship groups, life groups, and in large gatherings.
BIBLICAL DOCTRINE
Whenever challenges have come up in the culture that test our faith, Christians have looked to the Bible to find answers to help clarify what they believe. These beliefs are called doctrine. As a church we hold to a set of doctrinal beliefs that come straight from the Bible called The Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
MEANINGFUL MEMBERSHIP
The church is God's provision for believers to faithfully walk with Him. It’s made up of baptized believers committed to Christ and one another in a covenant relationship. Saying we commit ourselves to this body, knowing we will be lovingly cared for by the body and will lovingly care for the body ourselves. We are here as a body participating, functioning, encouraging, serving, sending, and giving to the body.
TITUS 2 COMMUNITY
Titus 2 models a mentoring process that challenges Christians of all ages and all stages of life to walk in holiness with one another. And in this community we live as examples to one another by being sober minded, dignified, self controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. So we lovingly lead those in our church who are in different age groups and in different stages of life. There is a cross-generational interaction and fellowship.
BIBLICAL CHURCH POLITY
The Bible gives us principles for how we’re to structure ourselves. In scripture we see that the church is… Christ ruled, congregational approved, pastor led, and member served.
EVANGELISM
We value sharing our faith with the lost around us "as we go" on a daily basis. We share our faith with those in our circle of influence—family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, and strangers through “divine appointments”…moving people closer to Jesus.
MISSIONS
As a church we value sharing the gospel through local and foreign missions…neighbors and the nations because we desire that everyone has the opportunity to come to faith in Jesus.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
As a church we hold to a set of doctrinal beliefs that come straight from the Bible called
